WOLF CREEK. American, Reel (cut time). G Major (Phillips): D Major (Bennett). Standard tuning (fiddle). AB (Bennett): AABBBB (Phillips). The sole source for the tune is fiddler Roy Bennett (b. c. 1895), who, in the 1940 census was living on Wolf Creed Road in Meade County, Kentucky, with his wife and five children.
