RICKEY'S RAMBLES. AKA - "Rickey's Rambles to Knock." AKA and see "Gatehouse Maid," "Lovely Lassie Winking (The)." Irish, Reel (cut time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The first strain is cognate the first strain of “Lovely Lassie Winking (The)” from the Stephen Grier manuscript collection, County Leitrim, c. 1880’s. "Rickey's Rambles" is a different tune than the similarly entitled “Rick's Rambles.”
