ORACLE [2], THE. Scottish, Strathspey. A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. The tune is attributed to Scots fiddler/composer biography:J. Scott Skinner (1842–1927) by Scottish music historian, composer and antiquarian J. Murdoch Henderson (1902–1972) of Aberdeen, although it does not appear in Skinner’s own published collections.
