FANNY HILL [2]. American, Reel (cut time). A different tune than the Kentucky "Fanny Hill (1). "Modern 'revival' sources for "Fanny Hill [2]" are from Galax, Va., fiddlers John Patterson, Uncle Charlie Higgins and Luther Davis (Hillsdale, near Galax, Va.). The Galax version was also in the repertory of Roscoe Parish, who called it "Where do you come from Nocker Kicker Dan?."
