Z:Stuart Williams transcribed this by hand, from tapes of WA O.T. fiddler Z:Don Gish, and it was later identified for him by Chuck Griffin Z:(Olympia, WA). Later Stuart published it in the Evergreen Fiddler Z:Tunebook, V1, 2002-2002. abc's Phil Katz 10/2005, from Stuart's hand Z:mss and published versions.
