MISS BAIRD OF SAUGHTON HALL [1]. Scottish, Reel. F Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB (Surenne): AAB (Athole, Gow): AABB' (Kerr). Composed by Mrs. Robertson of Ladykirk (for whom see John Gow’s strathspey “Mrs. Robertson of Ladykirk’s Favorite”). Miss Baird of Saughton Hall was herself a composer (see Annotation:Miss Baird of Saughtonhall (2))..
