Ireland, Sliabh Luachra region of the Cork-Kerry border. B Minor/Dorian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Source O'Leary thought Kerry musicians Julia and Billy Clifford responsible the the title. He paired the tune with either "I Won't Marry Her" or "Dan Sweeney's." Versions also in E Minor (see "Blue Ribbon Polka [2]").
