MAIDS OF TIPPERARY, THE. AKA and see "Dairymaid (4) (The)," "Kiss the Maid in Bed," "Tom the Fisherman," "Bumper Allen's Delight," "Tabhair pog don Bhrideoig sa Leaba." Irish, Reel. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. O'Neill (1922) remarks: "It may be remarked that Mr. Dunne was a farmer of the townland of Kilbraugh not far from Thurles, Tipperary. From his wonderful repertory of dance tunes, generously contributed some years ago, many have been selected."
