CHARLEY OVER THE WATER [1]. Old-time. Not a version of "Over the Water to Charley," but rather Missouri fiddler Art Galbraith's title for "Raw Recruit" or "New Rigged Ship [1]," and a variant of the melody printed as No. 588 in Bayard's Dance to the Fiddle, March to the Fife (1981).
