MISS MARGARET BUCHAN'S STRATHSPEY. Scottish, Strathspey. D Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. Composed by Edinburgh musician,teacher and music publisherbiography:William Shepherd, who, from the 1790's until his death in 1812, was a partner of Nathaniel Gow in the music publishing firm of Gow & Shepherd.
