MILK POT, THE. English, Country Dance Tune (whole time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The country dance tune and directions were also printed in Skillern's Compleat Collection of Two Hundred & Four Reels...Country Dances (1780).
The first strain is similar to the first strains of "Miss Hussey's Reel" and "Pretty Milliner (The)."
