FISHERMAN'S LILT [2]. AKA and see "Bit of Ginger," "Joe Derrane's Jig (1)," "Lilting Fisherman (The)." Irish, Jig. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Breathnach prints the tune in Ceol Rince na hÉirreann (vol. 3) as "Joe Derrane's Jig (1)," referencing Boston button accordion player Joe Derrane who recorded the tune on a 78 RPM (with Jerry O'Brien) around 1950.
