MILITARY POLKA QUADRILLE. American, Quadrille Set. A set of polkas arranged with quadrille figures, consisting of "Baden Baden Polka," "Mont Blanc (La)," "Linda Polka," "North Star Polka," and "Sultan's Polka." Dance instructions for the "Military Polka Quadrille" also appear in American Dancing Master, and Ball-Room Prompter (Boston, 1866), published by Elias Howe "assisted by several eminent professors of dancing."
