ORAN AN FHÈIDH (Song of the Deer). Scottish, Air. According to James Logan (The Scottish Gael, ) the song is popular in Lochaber and surrounding districts, and was based on an old air called "Cumhadh Fhinn" (Ossian's Lament for his Father). It was written by Angus Macinnes Aonas Òg Arasaig' [Angus MacInnes, Àrasaig/Arisaig, Siorramachd Inbhir Nis/Inverness-shire].
