WARRIOR’S GRAVE, THE. Scottish, Air. D Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. The air was printed in J. Scott Skinner’s collections The Scottish Violinist (1900) and Harp and Claymore (1904). It was composed by Skinner [1], who characterized it as a “Wild Melody” in the Scottish Violinist (1900), and an “imitation of Welsh Melody” in the Harp and Claymore.
