BEESOM, THE. AKA and see "Bisim in the Kitchen (The)," "Dandies Gone a Roaming (The)." Irish, Slip Jig (9/8 time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Breathnach (1985) finds the first part similar to the second strain of "Why Didn't I Love Maire"; (Tuige gan Grá a'm do Mháire?).
