RED BIRD [2]. Old-Time, Breakdown. USA, West Virginia. A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). ABC (Silberberg): AABBCC (Phillips). No apparent relation to "Red Bird (1)." According to Gus Meade, "This hornpipe is very similar to Uncle Jimmy Thompson's "Billy Wilson", recorded in October, 1926 (Columbia CO 15118-D)."
