Source for notated version: "J. O'Neill" [O'Neill]. Chicago Police Sergeant James O'Neill was a fiddler originally from County Down. James had received some formal training, had a good ear, and served as transcriber in assisting with Francis O'Neill's (no relation) earlier works.
