DRIVE HAKKY. AKA and see "Ca' Hawkie (Through the Water)," "Lord Elphinston(e's)." English, Reel. England, Northumberland. A Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. "Ca' Hawkie" (and similar titles) is the name of a popular song from Northumberland, with numerous variants in the northern counties of England, and in Scotland.

Source for notated version: the music manuscript collection of Northumbrian musician William Vickers, about whom very little is known. [Seattle]
