A Québécois variant of “Democratic Rage Hornpipe” (Ryan's Mammoth Collection, 1883) by Lachine, Québec, fiddler Joseph Allard (1865-1947), who taught the tune to a young Jean Carignan, the famous Montreal fiddler.
