BARREL MARCH. AKA - "Barrell's March." English, March (cut time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). One part. The tune appears in the music manuscript collections of John Simpson (London, 1750) and John Rook (Cumbria, 1840). Rook entered the tune twice, once under the given title, and then again later in his manuscript as an untitled, but more elaborate march.
