Tune properties and standard notation
FLANNIGAN. AKA and see "Lanigan's Ball," "Lannigan's Ball." American, Jig. USA, southwestern Pa. E Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). ABBCC. The tune and its name are a derivative of the Irish tune "Lanigan's Ball;" see Bayard's extensive note for that tune for more information on this extensive tune family.
