Tune properties and standard notation
GALOPADE. Scottish, Galop (2/4 time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Not the tune well-known today as "Gallopede." The galopade was a type of dance, and there were numerous generically-titled 'galopade' tunes.
