Tune properties and standard notation
GIGUE DU DIAMANT BLEU. AKA and see "Reel du diamant bleu." French-Canadian, Reel. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'C. "Diaman Bleu" is said to have been inspired by Madame Édouard Bolduc's song "Les agents d'assurance" [1] (as has "Gigue à Freddy" and "Reel du cordonnier/Shoemaker's Reel."
