GREY BEARD, THE (An Feusog Liat). Irish, Reel. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB.

Source for notated version: Chicago fiddler Edward Cronin, originally from Limerick Junction, County Tipperary (b. 1840's). Cronin was a weaver and a machinest, who boasted that he never forgot nor forgave a slight, but who could play tune after tune steadily for hours. O'Neill considered him an excellent musican and obtained many tunes from him [O'Neill].
