CONNOLLY'S JIG. Irish, Jig (6/8 time). E Dorian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABBCC. Researcher Lisa Shields finds the tune cognate with James Goodman's "Touch it up tight," and both members of the broad "Huish the Cat (from under the table)" family of tunes.
