BATH MINUET [2]. English, Minuet (3/4 time). G Major. Standard tuning. AABB. The melody appears in the music manuscript copybook of fiddler John Burks, dated 1821. Unfortunately, nothing is known of Burks, although he may have been from the north of England. Burks included a bass line underneath the melody.
