BLOOMING MEADOWS [3], THE. AKA and see BLOOMING MEADOWS [3], THE. AKA and see "Lark on the Strand [2]," "Lass on the Strand [3]," "Primrose Glen," "Wicky Sears." Irish, Double Jig. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'. Breathnach (1963) says the tune is sometimes incorrectly called "The Lark on the Strand [2]," although this title seems to have stuck. The "Wicky Sears" title comes from J.O. O'Brien's Irish Folk Dance Music (Roxbury, Mass.).
