LADIES OF CARRICK, THE (Na Mna Uasal/Uaisle Ua/o Carraig). Irish, Double Jig. Ireland, County Donegal. A Mixolydian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. A popular double jig in County Donegal, recorded by Ceol na dTead.

Source for notated version: fiddler Nellie Kennedy (Chicago) whose brother, fiddler James Kennedy also contributed to O'Neill's collection, and whose father was a County Leitrim fiddler of local renown from whom she learned this tune [O'Neill]; Francie and Mickey Byrne (County Donegal) [Feldman & O'Doherty].
