Back to Indian Nation (2)

INDIAN NATION [2]. Old-Time, Breakdown. G Major. GDad tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'. A vague resemblance in the 'A' part to "Indian Nation (1)." Rather more similarity to Kentucky fiddler Alva Greene's "Indian Squaw (1)." See also the related "Inch Along," "Nigger Inch Along" and "Johnny Inchin' Along."

Burl Hammons

Source for notated version: Bruce Molsky [Phillips]; Burl Hammons, c. 1970 [Milliner & Koken].
