LADY ELIZABETH CAMPBELL. Scottish, Reel. A Mixoldian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. The title perhaps honors Lady Elizabeth Campbell, the daughter of William Campbell of Ayr, who in 1803 married Lord John (Edward Douglas Henry) Campbell, later the 7th Duke of Argyll. Lady Elizabeth died in 1818, childless.
