LARK ON THE STRAND [1] ("An Fhuiseog ar an Trá" or "An Fhuiseog 'sa Dumhach"). AKA and see "Droim Chonga," "Mulally's Jig," "Old Woman Lamenting Her Empty Purse (The)," "Paddy Hughes' Jig," "Paddy the Post," "Stolen Purse (1) (The)." Irish, Double Jig. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The 'A' part struggles delightfully between G major and E dorian.
