AB. Irish collector Edward Bunting (whom O'Neill's setting resembles) set the tune in 'D' Minor throughout.
Source for notated version: James O'Neill [O'Neill]. Chicago police sergeant James O'Neill was a fiddler originally from County Down. He served as Francis O'Neill's transcriber and collaborator on his early works.
