LITTLE WHITE LIES. Old-Time, Breakdown. USA; Missouri, Iowa. A Mixolydian ('A' part) & A A Major ('B' part). Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB.

Source for notated version: Casey Jones (Livingston County, Missouri) [Christeson]. Jones was an exponent of the northern Missouri style of fiddling, and was a contemporary and friend of the better-known Nebraska fiddler Bob Walters, with whom he shared tunes. Like Walters, Jones was a radio fiddler in the 1930's, sponsored by the Henry Fields See Company. Casey Jones was a radio fiddler for the Henry Fields Seed Co. Show in Iowa in the 1930's.
