Back to Quadrille Montcalm


QUADRILLE MONTCALM (Montcalm's Quadrille). French-Canadian, Quadrille (2/4 time). F Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'. Montcalm was the French defender on Quebec's Plains of Abraham, slain by the English under Wolfe, although it is also the name of a grand hotel in Quebec, near the site of the battle.
