Back to Love from the Heart
LOVE FROM THE HEART. AKA and see "Mississippi Sawyer (1)." American, Reel. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The melody appears under this title in George P. Knauff's Virginia Reels, volume IV [1], published by George Willig in Baltimore, MD., in 1839. It is the precursor tune to the well-known American old-time fiddle standard, "Mississippi Sawyer (1)."
