In addition to the London publisher Samuel, Ann and Peter Thompson's 1788 printing, the tune appears in John Carr's First Book of Cotillions (New York, 1801) and J. Hewitt's Fashionable Repertory... of Country Dances & Waltzes (New York, 1807).
