MISS MACLEOD OF COLBECK. AKA – “Miss McLeod of Colbeck.” AKA and see "Mrs. Captain Stewart." Scottish, Strathspey. F Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. The melody appears in Malcolm McDonald's c. 1792 3rd Collection, dedicated to Miss Drummond of Perth. Under the title "Mrs. Captain Stewart’s Strathspey," it appears in Robert Petrie's 1st Collection (1790).
