Back to Finnea Lasses
FINNEA LASSES. AKA and see "Killarney Wonder (1)." Irish, Schottische or Highland Fling. A Dorian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. The melody was recorded by Donegal fiddler Hughie Gillespie in New York in the 78 RPM era (paired with "Gurren's Castle,"-there is some confusion of tunes and titles, but "Finnea Lasses" is a version of the "Killarney Wonder", while the Highland "Gurren's" is a version of "Miss Sarah Drummond of Perth").
