Back to Munster Grass


MUNSTER GRASS. Irish, Hornpipe. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Composed by fiddler and composer Ed Reavy (1898-1988) of County Cavan/Philadelphia. The title (and its companion piece) comes from a line by Yeats: "Full of Munster grass and Connemara skies."
