"Come Jolly Bacchus" is perhaps its best-known title, and is the song written to it in The Devil to Pay. In Playford's '''Dancing Master''' the tune was known as "[[Frisky Jenny]]" and "[[Tenth of June (The)]]," and, in the third volume, as "[[Constant Lover (The)]]." Walsh, in his '''Lady's Banquet''', gives it as "[[Swedes Dance at the new Playhouse (The)]]," and in '''The Devil to Pay''' and '''The Rival Milliners or The Humours of Covent Garden''' it was known as "[[Charles of Sweden]]," while in '''The Beggar's Wedding''' it appears as "[[Glorious First of August (The)]]."
