JACK'S FRIEND IS NEVER PLEASED. AKA - "Jackie's Friends are Never Pleased," "Jackie's Friends is Never Pleased." English, Reel. D Major (Vickers): G Major (Hall & Stafford, Raven). Standard tuning (fiddle). AB (Hall & Stafford, Raven): AABB (Vickers). The melody appears in the 1770 music manuscript book of Northumbrian musician William Vickers [1]. Unfortunately, very little is known about him.
