NIGHT OF THE FUN [1]. AKA and see "Maid on the Green (The)." Irish, Air or Slide (12/8 time). C Major (Petrie): F Major (Hudson) Standard tuning (fiddle). One part. A version of "Maid on the Green (The)." Irish collector Henry Hudson (1798-1887) remarks: "Another favorite in the far West, also contributed to our stores by Paddy Conneely."
