NOT SAFE WITH A RAZOR. AKA and see "8th of October." Irish, Reel. Composed by American tin whistle player L.E. McCullough, who has also called the tune "8th of October" and "Analgesic Reel (The)" (he says he sometimes changes titles of his tunes at whim).
