OH GIRL OF THE GOLDEN TRESSES. AKA - "Girl of the Golden Tresses." AKA and see "Madam If You Please," "Rambles of Joe Burke, The." Irish, Air (4/4 time). G Dorian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. A hornpipe version of the melody appears in O'Neill's Music of Ireland (1903) as "Madam If You Please."
