LIGHTFOOT HORNPIPE. Scottish, Hornpipe (cut time). B Flat Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The hornpipe was composed by John B. Easton, Edinburgh, about whom nothing is known. Easton contributed several compositions to editor W.B. Laybourn's Köhlers’ Violin Repository editions (see also "Leno Hornpipe").
