LADIES OF CARRICK, THE (Na Mna Uasal/Uaisle Ua/o Carraig). Irish, Double Jig. Ireland, County Donegal. A Mixolydian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. A popular double jig in County Donegal, recorded by Ceol na dTead. There is a Carrick in south west County Donegal, but there are also other places with the name (derived from the Irish Carraig, or 'rock') in Ireland. "Mysteries of Knock", also called "Pretty Young Girls of Carrick (The)" is a related tune.
