Ferdinand "Dandy Lusk" Campbell (b. 1890's) was a child of Letcher County, Kentucky, fiddler Elvina "Viney" Campbell Lusk (b. 1870's), who, like his mother, played the fiddle, but died unrecorded. They are relatives of fiddler Manon Campbell (1890-1987) who was recorded by folklorists.
