Later derivatives of the melody were "Collier's Daughter (The)" (Gillespie Manuscript of Perth), "Collier's Daughter (The)", "Collier's Bonnie Lassie (The)," and the air for poet Robert Burns's "Jock o' Hazeldean" and "O Saw Ye Bonnie Lesley."
