WEST POINT REEL. AKA - "Québec Reel (2) (The)." Canadian, Reel. Canada, Prince Edward Island. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. A popular Prince County, PEI, reel. There is a coastal village named West Point in the southwestern part of the county. It is sometimes called "Québec Reel," indicating its origins, and is a version of the Québécois tune "Reel de Lapin" (Rabbit Reel).
